CareerPlug Brand Spotlight — founding-partner pilot

1. This founding partnership is a reciprocal exchange without a subscription fee. Submitting this form is an application, not automatic approval or publication.
2. If CareerPlug approves the brand, CareerPlug may display its approved advert and link on Brand Spotlight. The partner will place the supplied CareerPlug widget in a visible shared website layout so it appears on every public page while this free exchange is active.
3. Both sides will clearly identify promotional placements. Neither side promises a specific number of visitors, clicks, sales, applications, or followers. WhatsApp posts are not included automatically and require separate approval.
4. The partner confirms it has authority to represent the brand, owns or is permitted to promote the submitted materials, and will keep its website and destination accurate and safe. CareerPlug may review, decline, or immediately pause a campaign if the widget is missing, changed, unreachable, a link fails, or the campaign is unsuitable. CareerPlug may end the partnership and remove all related promotions if it finds deliberate removal, tampering, deceptive activity, phishing, malware, or other serious misuse. A temporary technical outage will be reviewed separately from intentional misconduct; reactivation requires CareerPlug's approval.
5. CareerPlug may later offer paid plans to new partners. Founding partners will receive advance notice of proposed changes; no payment or automatic renewal is authorised by this form.
6. The representative's name, email, typed signature and submission time will be retained privately to review and administer the partnership. Contact hello@careerplugng.com.ng to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping duties.
